Leo Liu graduated from Imperial College London, UK., with a 1st Class Distinction in BEng Materials Science and Engineering in June 2024. He was awarded the Dean’s list during his undergraduate studies. He is currently pursuing an MPhil in Electrical Engineering at the University of Cambridge, under the supervision of Professor Andrew Flewitt. His project focuses on the design of a novel mask set for the fabrication and integration of Thin-Film Transistor (TFT) based CMOS logic circuits on a single substrate. He aims to continue his project towards a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, with the focus on fabrication and characterisation of CMOS logic circuits using the new mask set, while aiming to improve the performance and stability of devices by examining with different materials. ‘
