I am currently a PhD student in the Device Materials Group, Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge. I earned my  BSc in Materials Science from Sun  Yat‑-sen University and completed an MPhil in Nanotechnology at the University of Cambridge.
My research focuses on the physics of thin‑-film transistors (TFTs) and memristors. I am experimentally investigating the roles that amorphous oxide semiconductors play and how they can enhance TFT performance. By combining advanced experimental characterization with theoretical modelling, I study dynamic processes—such as switching kinetics and interface phenomena—in these devices. My goal is to uncover fundamental mechanisms that will enable faster, more reliable, and energy‑-efficient electronic technologies.
